"I drove from Lakeland all the way to Wesley chapel just to walk around a store with no help. I had 250 dollar helmet in my hand and they couldn’t even point me in the direction to checkout. I set the helmet on the floor and left. That was the best decision I made that day since it lead me to cycle gear in Tampa. Within less that 5 seconds of waking in I was greeted by the whole store in a very welcoming way. Marcus immediately stepped up to help me find the perfect helmet for a new rider. Marcus was so helpful and showed me several styles and brands of helmets. He broke down all the safety specs and why each helmet is at a certain level price. I was not only able to leave satisfied and with a helmet I feel now fits correctly and will help me stay safe. I now make it a point to drive 30 miles just to see you guys at cycle gear thank you so much family "
